El Centro Verde is closely allied with Greening Paraiso, a non-profit organization based in Paraiso, Costa Rica and Burlington, VT.

While El Centro Verde (ECV) uses its farm and research setting to develop and teach sustainable environmental and enterprise solutions, Greening Paraiso works with ECV to apply these solutions throughout the Andomojo watershed as well as take these benefits to communities worldwide.

Funding and other resources for El Centro Verde and Greening Paraiso is provided by Gardener’s Supply Company, a Vermont-based company providing gardening tools and supplies including composting and seed starting equipment, greenhouses, and garden furniture.
